Meet Ellen "Elle" Schwandt
I am originally from Chicago and graduated from Loyola University of Chicago. I have been a permanent resident of the Tampa Bay area since 1988 and do not want to live anywhere else. I enjoy our professional sports teams, Lightning and Buccaneers especially, and the outdoors – biking, swimming, walking, and the beach!
My love for real estate began in the 1990’s as a developer of two beach condominium projects. Planning, designing, construction and sales –
I did it all. Now I use my development expertise to help my clients find a residence that is not only beautiful on the outside but strong and durable on the inside.

We were first-time home buyers and Elle made the process easy and fun. She offered great recommendations, communicated extremely well, was always available to us, and really felt like a teammate. Superb RE knowledge and fantastic followup
Ellen displayed excellent professionalism during the entire sale cycle. She discussed multiple alternatives for the optimal sale and clearly her knowledge for the existing sales climate was perfect. She had multiple sales people want to modify her approach, but she stuck to her original plan and that plan did generate the optimal sales price. Ellen’s attention to details was much greater then I expected and a very welcome approach toward the end of a crazy sale. I would highly recommend her as she clearly knew the proper approach for the times and the RE market has changed a lot in recent years. She consistently followed up with me to make sure I was comfortable with the sales approach and made sure I didn’t have any questions and concerns. It is often hard to “trust” and RE agent, but I totally trust her and felt that she truly was focused on what is best for the client.
